By accessing or using this website and all its associated platforms — including EduHub, E-Learning, and Membership Portals — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

  1. Purpose of the Website

The IAB website and its associated portals are designed exclusively for educational and informational purposes in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, regenerative sciences, and surgery.

All programs, courses, and materials are CME/CPD-accredited under:

  • The American Association of Continuing Medical Education (AACME)
  • The International Medical Association (IMA) – official CME provider for AACME
  • The Continuing Professional Development UK (CPDUK)

Our mission is to advance international standards in aesthetic medical education through accredited, ethical, and research-based training.

  1. Eligibility

Use of IAB’s educational services is limited to:

  • Licensed healthcare professionals and medical practitioners.
  • Approved educational institutions and IAB-accredited providers.
  • Recognized academic and scientific partners.

All users must provide accurate information when registering for membership, programs, or accreditation. Misrepresentation of credentials may result in suspension or permanent revocation of access.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this website — including text, articles, logos, images, videos, software, and course content — are the intellectual property of the International Aesthetic Board (IAB) and are protected under global copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

  • Access and download materials for personal, non-commercial educational use.
  • Cite IAB content in academic work with proper attribution.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent.
  • Use the IAB logo or materials for promotional purposes without authorization.

  1. Accreditation and Educational Disclaimer

All IAB programs are CME/CPD-accredited and reviewed by the AACME/IMA and CPDUK.
Participation in these activities grants CME/CPD credits but does not constitute a medical license or board certification in any jurisdiction.

Educational activities are:

  • Evidence-based and peer-reviewed.
  • Delivered by qualified, board-certified faculty.
  • Free from commercial or industry influence.

IAB does not endorse any specific pharmaceutical, medical product, or device featured in its educational content.

  1. Use of the EduHub Platform

The EduHub is a professional educational portal providing access to:

  • Accredited webinars, articles, and research content.
  • Faculty-authored resources and case studies.
  • The IAB Digital Library and FAQs.

Users agree to:

  • Access EduHub only for legitimate academic and professional development purposes.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Not share, resell, or redistribute any EduHub content.

Unauthorized use or duplication of EduHub materials will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.

  1. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
  • Impersonate another professional or misrepresent qualifications.
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of IAB systems.
  • Engage in unethical academic conduct such as plagiarism or falsified credentials.

Violation of these terms may lead to removal of membership, invalidation of certificates, or legal consequences.

  1. Payments and Refunds

Certain IAB programs (Diplomas, Certifications, Masterclasses) may require payment. All transactions are processed securely through approved payment systems.

Refunds are granted only in the following cases:

  • Course cancellation by IAB.
  • Duplicate payment.
  • Verified technical access failure (case-by-case review).

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment via finance@iabcme.com. Administrative fees may apply.

  1. Certificates and Verification

All CME/CPD certificates are digitally signed and verifiable through the IAB Certificate Verification Portal.
Certificates are issued only to participants who have completed the required academic components.

IAB reserves the right to revoke certificates if:

  • False information is provided during registration.
  • Academic dishonesty or plagiarism is discovered.
  • IAB’s ethical or professional standards are violated.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

IAB adheres to international data privacy regulations, including GDPR and UAE Data Law.
We collect and process personal information only for:

  • Registration, membership management, and accreditation.
  • Certificate issuance and CME/CPD tracking.
  • Official communication and updates about IAB programs.

IAB does not sell or disclose user data to unauthorized third parties.
