Workshop Description

This workshop provides comprehensive, hands-on training for the middle third of the face, focusing on the cheeks, malar region, zygomatic support, and the tear trough complex. Participants learn how to restore midface volume, enhance contour, achieve natural lifting vectors, and manage challenging under-eye concerns with safe filler techniques.

The session integrates anatomical mapping, live demonstrations, HD procedure videos, and supervised hands-on injection practice. The workshop emphasizes safety, assessment, and advanced technique selection, enabling practitioners to deliver balanced, elegant, and natural midface rejuvenation.

Learning Outcomes — What You Will Learn

Midface Anatomy & Structural Mapping:

·       Understanding superficial & deep fat compartments

·       Malar fat pad dynamics and age-related descent

·       Zygomatic arch structure & projection vectors

·       Tear trough anatomy and danger zones

·       Arterial pathways including angular, infraorbital & facial branches

Patient Assessment & Treatment Planning:

·       Identifying midface volume loss

·       Assessing projection, symmetry, and contour

·       Mapping individualized lifting vectors

·       Determining volume vs contour vs support

·       Combining cheek, midface, and tear trough harmonization

Filler Techniques (Cheek & Malar Enhancement):

·       Deep bolus vs linear threading

·       Zygomatic structural support

·       Lateral lifting vector strategy

·       Cannula vs. needle decisions

·       Selecting correct filler rheology

Tear Trough Approaches:

·       Safe entry points

·       Cannula method for safety

·       Managing edema & Tyndall effect

·       Contraindications & alternative strategies

Safety Protocols:

·       Avoiding infraorbital artery complications

·       Identifying high-risk injection zones

·       Prevention of swelling & bruising

·       Managing complications

Workshop Objectives

·       Perform safe and effective midface and tear trough injections

·       Use anatomical landmarks & vectors for natural correction

·       Select appropriate filler rheology for each region

·       Improve symmetry, volume, and contour with precision

·       Avoid danger zones and prevent complications

·       Deliver balanced, natural midface rejuvenation
